Donnie Downs has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry. He’s held various positions in Finance, Sales Management and Marketing Management prior to founding Plan B Technologies, Inc. in 2001. As President & CEO, Downs is engaged in all aspects of the business and above all, is committed to providing exceptional service to PBT’s clients. Downs has a BS degree in Political Science from Towson University, he attended the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School in Ft. Benning, Ga., Downs has an MSA in Marketing from Central Michigan University and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management. |

Steve Taylor began his technology career in 1988 consulting, designing and implementing technologies for high-profile Fortune 1000 clients. As one of the founding partners at Plan B Technologies, Inc. Steve currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer managing PBT’s internal data center, along with their portfolio of technology partners, and building custom-fit solutions for clients. |
